Ethan also has a rich history in applying Lean Manufacturing frameworks across other FMCG environments to reduce material and labour waste and streamline the productivity of his teams. Ethan has a hands-on approach, puts people and culture first, and has an unwavering belief that coaching business improvement techniques help individuals realise their true potential. His MBA gives him an excellent knowledge foundation to help convert processing improvements towards the business strategy and bottom line.
